Location was LOVELY, near Flora Macdonald statue, staff was delightfully helpful however we didn't see much of them.

Everything was EXCELLENT, except the weather; it was snowy outside. Friendly check in, excellent service too. Own bathroom was luxury. The kitchen had some equipment and many plates etc.

Terrific stay in a lovely apartment. The flat was clean with unbeatable location. Overall helpful service, problem was solved in no time. The room was immaculate, extremely nice and with castle view.
